Many car hire businesses in Nairobi run on calls, WhatsApp, spreadsheets and paper. Bookings clash, documents expire unnoticed and nobody can quickly see which car is where or who still owes money.
What it does
- A booking site for each operator, with branches, vehicles and prices.
- A customer portal with one-time-code sign-in.
- Fleet records, tracking and alerts before documents expire.
- Bookings from quote to return, with payments and balances.
- Roles for owners, reservations, fleet and finance, with an audit trail.
Where it is now
Live since September 2026, with every release run through hundreds of automated tests and full browser journeys.
